Waslat Schools was established in 1996 and admitted her first students on January 6th, 1997. It launched operation with only six students at the Onitolo Palace. The population of the students rose rapidly due to the unique services rendered and the positive impact portrayed by the first set of pupils. The school later moved from there to Apongbon, Lagos. Waslat Schools got approval from Lagos State Ministry of Education in 2004 making it the 6th approved schools in the entire Lagos Island because of the stringent conditions and peculiarity of Lagos Island. Waslat Schools offers an excellent service to your ward/children at the Nursery and Primary level and also at the Secondary level in a safe and condusive environment with well trained and experienced teachers with an organized and disciplined management.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

The prestigious school was founded by Alhaji Wasiu Adumadeyin. He graduated from Lagos State college of Education, Lagos state university and the University of Lagos for his degree and post graduate degree. He also has a post graduate diploma in school management from Luhansk National University, Ukraine.

He is a professional educator, an author and a distinguished writer. He is the second vice president of the National Association of proprietors of private schools (NAPPS), Lagos state and also a member of various organisations. He is happily married with children.
